First two times I went I had a great experience. The last two times have been complete trash. This last time they poked me in my left arm first then my right arm because they didnt do it right the first time. Then proceeded to wiggle the needle around over and over again. (Did that in BOTH arms!) I am a human NOT a pin cushion. And my session was cut short because they don't know how to find the vein the first time so the flow was messed up. So warning!!!!! If you are in need quick cash, go somewhere else. I will NOT be returning.

Personally, I've had great experience here, all the staff members have been very nice. Sometimes, getting the needle in does hurt, but what people donating don't know is our veins move, so sometimes it's hard to find the veins. They've changed the pay to $40 the first time, then $85 the 2nd & also an extra $30 a month after your 6th visit. The money does help, especially with the holidays. My husband & I have been going twice a week for a few months, so we get $1,060 a month extra, not too shabby!

Please, please, PLEASE avoid this location!! For years, this center has proven itself to be the epitome of everything a plasma donation facility should NOT be. The employees are constantly rude and not properly trained. Above that, supervision and medical staff will find any possible reason to defer a potential donor, likely in an attempt to cull the amount of volunteers in the building to make for a lighter workload for the employees. The screening area is FILTHY. Beyond that, there is not even the slightest semblance of privacy; the lobby is wide open with the screening booths directly beside one another and barely divided. Anything and everything you say to the employee screening you can and will be heard by every other donor in the room. Considering there is a potential that one would have to discuss possibly sensitive medical information, this is simply unacceptable. If you are in the Anderson area and looking into plasma donation, I cannot stress enough to take the time to visit Grifols Biomat in Clemson. That center excels in every way, and will always be preferable to Kedplasma; a disgusting, unwelcoming, and vitriolic pathetic excuse for a plasma donation business. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS.

If you go to this facility don’t let this woman Brandi stick you. She blew my arm out twice, they won’t allow me to come back the second time to get my 80 dollars. She is short, heavy set, brown and blonde hair. I came back another week and they tried to put me with her again, and I asked for another person to stick me. They wanted to be rude and say no after she blew my vein up multiple times.
